Acupuncture for Healthcare Professionals

This program is designed to provide para-medically trained professionals with comprehensive knowledge and skills in acupuncture to enhance their practice.​

The program is based on the foundations of TCM and acupuncture and is offered in a hybrid fashion that includes home study and in person class, as well as clinical training and mentorship hours.  
​
The program meets the WHO Benchmarks of Acupuncture Training for medical professionals, allowing the use of acupuncture to enhance their  practice.

It is important to note:
In order to qualify for this course, the student must already have completed training in Anatomy and Physiology and it is the student's responsibility to ensure that their respective association or governing body will allow the use of acupuncture within their scope of practice.

Reiki Training

We offer Reiki training, from Level 1 for self-healing, to Practitioner and Master Level certification.

​​Each level of Reiki training is completed in full day workshops with your instructor and provides the student with certification of completion at each level.

Whether you are seeking tools for self-care or would like to become a certified Reiki Master.  Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process to help you develop your Energy Healing skills.


We are also working on creating a hybrid form of Reiki training, which will offer our students more flexibility in choosing when they wish to complete their training, offering home study of the course material to be completed at your own pace, and then full certification would follow, with the student setting up a time to come in for attunement and hands on practice.

Interweaving Systems

The Interweaving Systems course is designed for Reiki Practitioners who want to cultivate a trauma informed practice.  

 It is an introductory level course that will expose you to the importance of being trauma informed while working with clients. Using Holistic and trauma informed practices & research to aid in regulating the mind, body, and spirit.​

Cultivating a trauma-informed Reiki practice is essential for ensuring a feeling of security and comfort for clients, while allowing you to contribute to a culture of healing the impacts of trauma.

The overall aim of the course is to ensure that services are delivered in ways that prevent further harm or re-traumatization, allowing space for clients to regulate their nervous system.  

*This course is approved by the Academy of Naturotherapist and Naturopaths for 80 credit hours.

Monique Allport

School Founder & Director

Monique comes with a diverse education and background. She carries a Doctorate in Natural Medicine, she is a licensed TCM Acupuncturist, a Naturopathic Practitioner and Manual Osteopath.
She loves to share her knowledge and looks forward to expanding the curriculum to include a full Naturotherapy Practitioner Program in the Future.

Melody Russell

Reiki Master Teacher

Melody has a diverse background in Naturopathic training and coaching. She spent much of her career teaching in a corporate setting before transitioning her knowledge to a holistic focus. 
​She has completed training in Life coaching, in Root Cause therapy to name only a few, and is a Usui / Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher.

Lori Anne Spilman

Founder of Interweaving Systems

Lori Anne has exceptional experience in the mental health field. 
She is a holistic counselor with a background in Naturopathic approaches a Masters in Exceptionalities.
She also carries an undergrad in Counselling and has her PhD in Spiritual Counselling, PhD in Metaphysics and her Doctorate in Divinity.
