Holistic Counseling is an approach that works with the whole person as well as YOU as a UNIQUE individual
They are Mind Body Spirit based, are heart centered & trauma informed.
This type of treatment is focused in providing client's with an understanding of their mind, body, & spirit. They are centered around the intentions of teaching various trauma-informed techniques, strategies, & practices to help heal past traumas by regulating the nervous system. Clients will learn more about their own responses when triggered (fight, flight, fawn, freeze trauma response), and work towards healing their nervous system.
* Sessions may include individualized teachings on breathwork, meditation, grounding or may also include applied kinesiology or Karuna Reiki.
